Job Description

The Training Compliance Manager will report to PHMC’s Director of Staff Development

in Organizational Development and Learning (ODL), a division of Human Resources, and manage identification, delivery, and documentation of training regulations across integrated health services at PHMC. This role will have direct oversight for individual compliance activity according to funder, program, and position in PHMC’s behavioral health, social services and specialized health settings. The Training Compliance Manager will also be responsible for managing collaborations and communications across ODL, Human Resources, and Total Quality Management teams, including regular partnership with Information Systems and Facilities functions. This role will oversee PHMC PREP, the compliance-based training portal on PHMC U, PHMC’s learning management system serving all employees in the enterprise.

This position maintains a 37.5 hour work week, residing at 1500 Market Street, PHMC’s corporate headquarters. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage vision and implementation of mandatory trainings across lifespan of employee
  • Establish mastery of training regulations according to corporate and funder mandates for integrated health services across the PHMC enterprise
  • Build learning plan on PHMC U for each employee to reflect complete training compliance according to program and position and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and disseminate training completion reports to reflect compliance rates by employee, program, and organization levels
  • Facilitate live trainings or coordinate delivery of trainings to ensure that all mandatory courses are available to staff
  • Oversee PHMC U administrative operations, including maintaining library of regulatory trainings and responding to user needs
  • Establish and disseminate an ongoing calendar of continuing education opportunities for social workers, counselors, and psychologists.
  • Develop and disseminate newsletter updating programs on new/revised bulletins and on PHMC’s live training calendar
