Job Description

The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is a national membership association representing nurse-managed health centers across the country and other nurse-led models of care. NNCC is an affiliate of PHMC. The primary purpose of the position is to provide administrative and technological support to NNCC. The position will report to the Operations and Training Manager.



  • Salesforce administration
  • MailChimp administration and management
  • Joomla (website content management system) administration and maintenance
  • GoToWebinar Platform implementation, management and oversight
  • Automate Platform management and maintenance
  • Supervise Communications Intern
  • Administration and Operations support as needed
  • Manage conference event planning and operational logistics
  • Analysis of evaluation data generated from NNCC’s technical platform


  • Identify and incorporate best practices related to usability, security, and functionality
  • Complete Salesforce administration tasks including user and profile administration, reporting and dashboards, workflows and field creation
  • Manage back-end and user support in tailored Salesforce platform
  • Conduct onboarding and trainings for NNCC and PHMC staff in Salesforce and webinar platforms
  • Provides system reference by writing documentation
  • Make use of online event management platforms to support conferences and training events
  • Utilize MailChimp to create and edit five email newsletters.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create and update webinar graphics for promotional materials
  • Assist with the Sprout social media management platform
  • Schedule and maintain the NPSAN GoToWebinar platform
  • Manage creation and maintenance for the app connector platform’
  • Research App connections within to increase NNCC’s data analytics
  • Technical assistance for the learning management system Moodle

Program support

  • Monitor NNCC shared inbox and online technical assistance requests
  • Connect requests to appropriate staff
  • Conduct data management and analysis for staff needs and projects
  • Identify opportunities to update and develop NNCC materials and resources
  • Serve as technical and back end support for live GoToWebinar platform
  • Maintaining relationships with NNCC staff and serving as the direct contact for technical assistance
  • Interface with other PHMC affiliates to drive the NNCC and PHMC mission
  • Work closely with directors on intern hiring and onboarding process
  •  Related duties as assigned


  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Tech-savvy; easily able to learn and manipulate new software systems and data
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team
  • Ability to take initiative, identify and address tasks without prompting, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments 
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments from multiple staff members
  • Strong work ethic required


  • At least two years of professional experience and demonstrated history working with Salesforce required; Experience in public health, project coordination, or related area preferred.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.


  • Commensurate with education and experience.
  • Grade 16
