Job Description


In collaboration with the Clinical Director, develop a daycare, preschool and after-school program and insure the program objectives and goals are met. Involve mothers in the planning and implementation of daily program activities for the infants, toddlers, pre-school and after-school program. Ensure that developmental assessments are completed on all children on a periodic basis: provide feedback as to the progress to the mothers.


Ability and skills necessary to communicate and to maintain relationship with service providers and funding sources in the community. Familiarities with community agencies, in particular, detox ad treatment programs that can refer women for treatment.


Knowledge of cultural differences among children who are served by the program and experience in the administration and development of supervisory experience.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field, including 15 credit hours related to children with developmental disabilities or delays.
