Job Description


  • Build relationships and network with local school staff and teachers to enhance student outreach
  • Plan event calendars and order necessary materials
  • Communicate with campus departments and leadership regarding new opportunities in the region
  • Follow up with leads and contacts to provide new recruitment opportunities
  • Meet monthly enrollment goals
  • Maintain high level of customer service and retention rate. •  
  • Report recruitment leads and enrollment statistic •  
  • Confirm appointments and follow up on “no shows”
  • Schedule prospective students for school visits and for admissions tests
  • Collaborate with all WFICC staff and faculty to ensure full participation in the recruitment and enrollment process
  • Maintain full knowledge of WFICC curriculum to be able to fully explain all course offerings and advise prospective students on a program that best fits individual needs and aspirations.
  • Interview and carefully assesses all prospective students to ensure that they have the traits, characteristics, and financial means to successfully remain enrolled until graduation and gain subsequent.
  • Assist in the coordination of new student orientations
  • Compiles new student files according to accreditation and licensing guidelines  

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Culturally sensitive to the needs and diversities of multi‐cultural communities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of social services, child welfare and family systems services
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating good judgment and prioritizing
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented
  • Practices good customer service skills in all working relationships
  • Experience facilitating public meetings, and other public forums
  • Strong interpersonal skills, respectful, and courteous nature
  • Strong writing and oral presentations skills
  • Ability to attend evening and weekend community events and meetings
