Job Description

The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is a membership association representing nurse-managed health centers and other nurse-led models of care across the country. NNCC is an affiliate of Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative oversight and technical support to NNCC’s training and technical assistance. This position reports to the Communications Manager.



  • Support Communications Manager in integration of Salesforce into organizational systems and workflow.  
  • Develop standard operating procedures for Salesforce administration, management and training
  • Administration and maintenance of Joomla (website content management system), Automate Technology Platform and Zoom platforms to support organization wide training and technical assistance
  • Assist Senior Director of Public Affairs with management and review of social media, training and technical assistance registration and evaluation data
  • Support Administration and Operations as needed


  • Identify and incorporate best practices related to usability, security, and functionality
  • Administration of Salesforce tasks including back-end user and profile support, reporting and dashboards, workflows and field creation
  • Conduct Salesforce trainings for NNCC staff
  • Provide system reference by writing documentation
  • Schedule and maintain organization wide training and technical assistance via Smartsheet, Zoom, and app connector platform
  • Research App connections within to increase NNCC’s data analytics b. Support onboarding the administration of Learning Management System

Program Support:

  • Monitor and refer online training and technical assistance requests vis shared inbox
  • Provide technical and back end support for training and technical assistance sessions via Zoom platform 
  • Related duties as assigned


  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to multi-task effectively 
  • Tech-savvy; easily able to learn and manipulate new software systems and data
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team
  • Ability to take initiative, identify and address tasks without prompting, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments 
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments from multiple staff members 
  • Strong work ethic required 

Education Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in management, information technology, business or public administration, or related field required.


  • Commensurate with education and experience.
  • Grade 17
