As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage the execution of OSHPD and Life Science projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHPD regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all work meets industry standards and specific requirements for life science facilities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and unexpected developments.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Act as a liaison between the project team, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in OSHPD and Life Science construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHPD regulations and processes.
- Strong understanding of life science facility requirements and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
