Description

1. Project Oversight:

   • Lead and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
   • Manage the execution of OSHPD and Life Science projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

2. Safety and Compliance:

   • Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHPD regulations and guidelines.
   • Collaborate with the project team to ensure all work meets industry standards and specific requirements for life science facilities.

3. Schedule Management:

   • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
   • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and unexpected developments.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
   • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

   • Act as a liaison between the project team, clients, and regulatory agencies.
   • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to key stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in OSHPD and Life Science construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHPD regulations and processes.
• Strong understanding of life science facility requirements and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
