Basic Overview:
The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for restocking primary bins with overflow stock using a handheld scanner, turret truck, or stand-up reach truck. They are to communicate issues found/seen on the floor to respective inventory team members. While working, we expect team member to be accurate and as detail oriented as possible. Replenishers help with projects (when available) and work with Expeditors on replenishment related tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete a minimum of 5 replenishments per hour
• Maintain a 99.25% accuracy rate
• Rotate Consumable stock per standard
• Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members
• Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations
• Report any damages to product seen in bins
• Report any forklift incidents
• Be respectful toward other lift traffic in warehouse and communicate direction
• Be certified on the turret and reach truck and required to operate both

• Is willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Safely operate a forklift
• Proficiently use computer programs
• Can function as part of a team
• Is very detail oriented when it comes to completing their work
Skills/Abilities?
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs and push and pull up to 150lbs
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, squat, and stand throughout shift
• Will be required to be trained on material handling equipment to complete tasks
• Demonstrate and communicate great listening/verbal skills
• Use and understand handheld scanners
